30-Minute Beefy Rice & Zucchini Skillet

  1. Brown meat with onions in dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add tomatoes and their liquid, corn, zucchini and peppers; stir.
  3. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  4. Stir in water.
  5. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  6. Stir in rice; cover.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min.
  8. Remove from heat; stir.
  9. Cover; let stand 5 min.
  10. Fluff with fork.
  11. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
  12. Let stand 5 min.
  13. or until cheese is melted.
