Creamy Spring Pasta & Chicken Skillet

  1. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding vegetables to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min.
  3. or until done, stirring frequently.
  4. Add reduced-fat cream cheese, milk and lemon zest; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  5. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  6. Drain pasta.
  7. Add to chicken mixture; stir.
  8. Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
