Chocolate Marshmallow Pudding Recipe

• 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 tbsp. cornstarch
• 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 1 egg, well beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 12 marshmallows

1. In microwave, heat chocolate in 1 1/2 qt glass casserole.
2. Mix together sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
3. Add in lowfat milk slowly to dry ingredients, stirring constantly.
4. Add in to chocolate and blend well.
5. Cook 4 1/2 min, stir, cook 1 more minute.
6. Quarter marshmallows and add in to chocolate.
7. Stir so which marshmallows heat and are blended.
8. Add in beaten egg.
9. Cook 1 minute.
10. Remove from oven, add in vanilla.
