Asian Slaw with Peanuts

  1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl to blend.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix cabbage and remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  4. Toss with enough dressing to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. (Can be made 3 hours ahead.
  7. Cover; chill.)
