Chinese Noodles By Dominick Recipe
- 8 ounce. fresh Chinese noodles or possibly thin spaghetti
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 tbsp. strong tea
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 tbsp. chili
- 1 tbsp. garlic
- 1 tbsp. Chinese rice wine, dry cherry
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger roots
- 1 tbsp. coriander
- 1 tbsp. sliced scallion tops
- Cook noodles in salted water till al dente, about 5 min; drain.
- Rinse with cool water, drain again, blot excess with kitchen towel, toss the noodles with 1 tsp.
- sesame oil; set aside till smooth.
- toss with noodles.
- Put on colander and scallion, toss once.
