Chinese Noodles By Dominick Recipe

  1. Cook noodles in salted water till al dente, about 5 min; drain.
  2. Rinse with cool water, drain again, blot excess with kitchen towel, toss the noodles with 1 tsp.
  3. sesame oil; set aside till smooth.
  4. toss with noodles.
  5. Put on colander and scallion, toss once.
