Cashew Macaroni Salad
- 2 cups macaroni
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 12 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 cooked chopped chicken breasts
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup frozen baby peas
- Cook macaroni according to package directions, rinse in cold water.
- Add chopped vegetables,chicken and peas.
- Mix mayonnaise, brown sugar and lemon juice and pour over macaroni mixture.
- Cover with cashews before serving.
