English Muffin Hamburger

  1. Cut the English muffin in half and spread margarine on each side.
  2. If you have a muffin mold, coat the sides with shortening.
  3. Cook the muffin, hamburger steak, and egg in a frying pan.
  4. Season the sunny side up with salt and pepper.
  5. Fry only the buttered sides of the muffin.
  6. When lightly browned, transfer to a plate.
  7. When everything is cooked, arrange as you like and enjoy!
