Mac and Cheese Croquettes

  1. Prepare Kraft Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting half each of the margarine and milk.
  2. Add shredded cheese, hot dogs, flour and 1 egg; mix well.
  3. Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate 20 min.
  5. Whisk remaining eggs and water until blended.
  6. Place bread crumbs in shallow bowl.
  7. Shape Kraft Dinner mixture into 24 balls, using 1/4 cup for each ball.
  8. Roll, 1 at a time, in eggs then in crumbs.
  9. Return to prepared baking sheet.
  10. Discard any remaining eggs and bread crumbs.
  11. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat to 350 degrees F. Add macaroni and cheese balls, in batches; cook 2 to 3 min.
  12. or until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  13. Remove from oil with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
  14. Mix Miracle Whip and Sriracha sauce.
  15. Serve with warm croquettes.
