Spaghetti & Mozzarella Stuffed Turkey Meatballs
- 1 slice White Bread
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1/2 cups Finely Diced Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
- 1- 1/4 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 whole Egg
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Basil
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 24 cubes Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 Inch Cubes)
- 1 jar Your Favorite Marinara Or Pasta Sauce, 14-16 Ounce Jar
- 1/2 pounds Spaghetti Noodles, Cooked To Al Dente According To Package Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat and set aside.
- Tear the slice of white bread into small pieces and place into a large bowl.
- Pour milk over top of the bread and let it soak while you chop the onions and garlic.
- Add the remaining ingredients {everything on the list down to but excluding the cheese} into the bowl and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Scoop the meat mixture by the tablespoon into your hand and place a cube of cheese in the middle.
- Press the meat all around the cheese to cover completely and roll into a ball.
- Place on prepared baking sheet and continue stuffing the meatballs with cheese until you have 24 meatballs.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes or until meat is thoroughly cooked.
- Serve with heated marinara sauce and cooked spaghetti noodles.
