Dilly Tuna Log Recipe

  1. In a bowl mix 1/3 c. soup, tuna, onion, green pepper, 1 tsp.
  2. lemon and 1 tsp.
  3. dill.
  4. In a separate bowl combine biscuit mix and water.
  5. Mix as directed on package for rolled biscuits.
  6. Roll out on a floured surface into a 13x10 inch rectangle.
  7. Spread tuna mix to within one inch of edges.
  8. Roll up, starting at wide side.
  9. Seal ends.
  10. Place seam down on a greased baking sheet.
  11. Make several diagonal slits on top.
  12. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.
  13. Prepare Sauce: Blend remaining soup, lowfat milk, lemon juice, and dill.
  14. Heat, stirring occasionally.
  15. Serve over slices of log.
