Turkey and Goat Meatloaf

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2.
  3. Melt butter in skillet.

  5. Stir fry the onion and garlic in the melted butter for about 5 minutes or until they are cooked.

  7. Put the onion and garlic in a large mixing bowl.

  9. Add the ground turkey and goat, cracker crumbs, eggs, 1/2 cup of the catsup, and the Worcestershire sauce and mix well.

  11. Add the salt and pepper to the mixture.

  13. Spray an 8x4-inch baking pan with Pam or cooking spray.
  14. 8.
  15. Press the meatloaf into the pan and spread the remaining catsup on the top.

  17. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes.

  19. Remove from the oven and let stand for a couple of minutes before serving.

  21. Enjoy!
