Turkey and Goat Meatloaf
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cups Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 pound Ground Turkey (Substitute Ground Goat)
- 1/2 pounds Ground Goat (If You Do Not Have Goat, Substitute In Turkey)
- 1/2 cups Cracker Crumbs (I Used Ritz)
- 2 Eggs (you Can Substitute 1/2 Cup Egg Beaters)
- 1 cup Catsup, Divided
- 3 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2.
- Melt butter in skillet.
- 3.
- Stir fry the onion and garlic in the melted butter for about 5 minutes or until they are cooked.
- 4.
- Put the onion and garlic in a large mixing bowl.
- 5.
- Add the ground turkey and goat, cracker crumbs, eggs, 1/2 cup of the catsup, and the Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
- 6.
- Add the salt and pepper to the mixture.
- 7.
- Spray an 8x4-inch baking pan with Pam or cooking spray.
- 8.
- Press the meatloaf into the pan and spread the remaining catsup on the top.
- 9.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes.
- 10.
- Remove from the oven and let stand for a couple of minutes before serving.
- 11.
- Enjoy!
- Approximately 318 calories per serving.
