Meatballs & Spaghetti
- 1 lb. lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. (1/4 of pkt.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
- 2 cups CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Mix meat and coating mix just until blended; shape into 12 (1-1/2-inch) meatballs.
- Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with pasta sauce; cover.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until meatballs are done (160F).
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Drain spaghetti.
- Serve topped with meatballs, sauce and cheese.
