  2. Line 2 (8-in) square baking pans with foil, extending foil by 2 inches on opposite ends; coat with cooking spray.

  4. Crust: Preheat oven to 325.
  5. Crush cookies into fine crumbs.
  6. Add in butter; pulse till proportionately moistened and crumbly.
  7. Divide in half; press onto bottom of prepared pans.
  8. Bake 10 min, till set.
  9. Let cold completely on wire rack.
  10. Spread 1/3 c. jam proportionately over each crust.

  12. Increase oven temp to 350.
  13. Filling: In bowl, on hi speed, beat cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar till smooth.
  14. Beat in Large eggs, 1 at a time, then vanilla and flour till smooth.
  15. Divide in half; spread over jam.
  16. Bake 18 to 20 min, till top looks dry and set.
  17. Cold just till hot.

  19. Make Glaze.
  20. Heat all glaze ingredients in microwave on high for 1 1/2 min; whisk till smooth.
  21. Spread half over each peanut butter mix layer.
  22. Let cold to room temp.
  23. Chill at least 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
  24. To cut, lift cookie squares out of pans.
  25. Cut each into 4 strips.
  26. Cut each strip into 4 bars.
  27. Halve bars diagonally.
  28. Store airtight container up to 2 weeks.
