Fried Chicken

  1. Place chicken in shallow baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
  3. of the dressing mix and the hot pepper sauce; turn to coat.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to marinate.
  6. Mix flour and remaining dressing mix in plastic bag.
  7. Add chicken, 1 piece at a time; close bag and shake to coat.
  8. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  9. Add chicken; cook 10 min.
  10. or until browned on all sides.
  11. Reduce heat to medium; cover.
  12. Cook 30 min.
  13. or until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
  14. Drain on paper towels.
