Braised Celery (Irish) Recipe

  1. Clean celery, cut into one-inch pcs and place in a casserole dish.
  2. Finely chop bacon and onion and sprinkle over celery along with minced parsley.
  3. Pour on stock.
  4. Dot with knobs of butter.
  5. Cover dish and bake in a moderate oven for 30-45 min.
