Ham Balls
- 1 lb. ground smoked ham
- 1/2 lb. ground fresh ham
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup tapioca
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 cup water
- Mix first 5 ingredients into 3/4-inch tight balls.
- Bake at 350F for 1 hour, basting periodically.
- For main course, mix into 2-3-inch tight balls.
