Super Bowl Party Meatballs
- 5 strips Hickory Bacon (cooked)
- 1/2 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 2 bottles Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce (18 Oz Bottles)
- 32 ounces, weight Frozen Meatballs
- Cut up the cooked bacon, green pepper, onion and add to the crock post.
- Mix in the brown sugar.
- Add the mustard, ketchup and BBQ sauce to the crock pot.
- Stir together mixture and turn crock pot on High until the brown sugar has melted.
- Add the frozen meatballs.
- Put enough in where each meatball is covered in sauce.
- I usually use about 2 pound bag.
- More meatballs can be added and heated up later if you run low.
- After about 2 hours on High your meatballs should be ready to serve.
- (You can also turn them to low but allow more time to cook).
