Easy Potato Soup
- 20 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes with onions and bell peppers
- 1 red sweet bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 28 ounces chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 10 ounces cream of celery soup
- 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces whipping cream
- 4 fresh green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Combine potatoes, bell pepper, chicken broth and water in large saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes.
- Stir in both soups and whipping cream and stirring well, heat until throughly hot.
- Garnish with green onions.
