Mediterranean Tuna Tartine
- 2 cans (5 oz. each) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. chopped red onions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 2 ciabatta sandwich rolls, split, toasted
- 4 small Boston lettuce leaves
- 1 plum tomato, cut into 8 thin slices
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Combine first 7 ingredients.
- Cover cut sides of all roll halves with lettuce and tomatoes.
- Top with tuna mixture and cheese to make 4 open-face sandwiches.
