Thai Turkey Tacos
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
- 1 whole Onion
- 16 ounces, weight Coleslaw Mix
- Warm Tortillas Or Lettuce Leaves, For Serving
- Cilantro For Garnish
- 6 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- Crushed Red Pepper
- Make the Thai cooking sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together.
- Set aside.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat.
- Add turkey; cook, crumble and stir until meat is no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add ginger, garlic, onion, and slaw mix; stir-fry with meat for 2 minutes until vegetables are wilted.
- Add the Thai cooking sauce, stirring constantly to blend all ingredients, about one minute.
- Serve on warm tortillas and garnish with cilantro.
- You can serve these on lettuce wraps, too.
