Easy OREO Cheesecake Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.
  3. Place 30 of the cookies in food processor container; cover.
  4. Process 30 to 45 sec.
  5. or until finely ground.
  6. Add butter; mix well.
  7. Press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.
  8. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  9. Add sour cream; mix well.
  10. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.
  11. Chop remaining cookies.
  12. Gently stir 1-1/2 cups of the chopped cookies into batter.
  13. Pour over crust; sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies.
  14. Bake 45 min.
  15. or until center is almost set.
  16. Cool.
  17. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  18. Lift cheesecake from pan, using foil handles.
  19. Cut into 16 squares to serve.
  20. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
