Chicken N Veggies #RSC

  1. Mix 1 container of breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and 1 package of HVR Seasoning Mix with 16 oz.
  2. of Greek Yogurt.
  3. Cover 4 chicken breast in a baking pan with the yogurt mixture and bake in 375* oven for about 25min.
  4. Take the chicken out and add the baby carrots, red potatoes (cut in quarters), chopped shallots and 1 cup chicken broth to the pan.
  5. Bake another 20-25 minute until potatoes are fork tender.
  6. Add fresh Chives over the top of the chicken and veggies.
