Tartare Sauce ( Tartar Sauce )

  1. dump all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  2. mix well.
  3. add two egg yolks if desired.
  4. serve with seafood or fish (I served this with baked salmon steaks).

lowfat mayonnaise, parsley, dill weed, mustard, white vinegar, lemon
