Blueberry Syrup

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the blueberries and water to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  2. Crush the berries a bit with a cooking spoon and add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Let the syrup thicken a little and take off the heat.
  4. You can either puree it or serve it chunky.
