Jeweled Layered Salad

  1. Toss apples with lemon juice; drain.
  2. Place in 4-qt.
  3. bowl.
  4. Add cranberries; mix lightly.
  5. Cover with layers of spinach, cheese and onions; drizzle with dressing.
  6. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  7. Add nuts just before serving; mix lightly.
