Diabetic Carrot Cake Recipe

• 2 c. flour
• 2 teaspoon soda
• 2 c. Sprinkle Sweet
• 1 1/2 c. oil
• 4 Large eggs, beaten
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3 c. grated carrots

1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add in oil and Large eggs.
3. Add in carrots.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
