Licorice Slice
- 125 g butter
- 200 g sweetened condensed milk, may come in a tube
- 250 g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 12 cup hazelnut meal
- 400 g licorice, allsorts
- 150 g white chocolate
- 30 g Copha
- Grease and line a 19 x 9 loaf pan with baking paper leaving an overhang on the long sides.
- Place butter and milk in saucepan over low heat.
- Stir till butter melts and mixture is smooth, cool.
- Add biscuits, hazelnut meal and licorice to butter mixture, combine well.
- Press into prepared tin, smooth surface.
- Chill 30 minutes or till set.
- Melt choc and copha together gently in microwave.
- Pour over slice, chill further 2 hours.
