Royal Chocolate Eclipse Recipe
- 1 (3 5/8 ounce.) pkg. Royal chocolate pudding
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Planter's Southern Belle walnuts, crushed
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vanilla ice cream
- In a saucepan, combine the Royal chocolate pudding, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Add in the lowfat milk, stirring continuously; continue stirring till you have a smooth mix.
- Cook according to the package instructions.
- Remove from the heat.
- Stir in the walnuts and the molasses.
- Cold for 5 min, stirring it occasionally.
- Stir in the vanilla.
- Serve it either warmed or possibly chilled.
- Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream over each serving.
- Makes 5 to 7 servings.
