Turnip Kraut Recipe

• 1 gallon shredded turnips
• 4 tbsp. mustard seed
• 1 1/2 c. white vinegar
• 3 c. sugar
• 2 1/2 ounce. horseradish
• Salt to taste

1. Mix all ingredients by hand.
2. Let stand 1 week in refrigerator.
3. Will keep for several months.
