Western Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe
- 2 ounce. blue cheese, crumbled
- 3/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. salad oil
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese, grated
- Dash onion salt
- Dash garlic salt
- Dash pepper
- 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- In a pint size, screw top jar, combine blue cheese and lowfat sour cream.
- Stir in lowfat milk, salad oil, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, onion salt, garlic salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Add in vinegar.
- Cover jar and shake well.
- Chill.
- Makes 1 1/3 c. salad dressing.
