Red Enchiladas
- 1 packages red chili pods
- 1 lb groundbeef
- 2 packages sheded cheese
- 1/2 packages tortillas
- pre heat oven to 350
- boil chili pods
- brown ground beef
- when chili pods are tender put in the blender with salt pepper and garlic powder and make sure u rate it until all seeds are gone
- while chili is in the blender put tortillas in microwave for 1 minute
- when chili is done pour into a container u will be able to dip a tortilla in
- now we start the rolling process
- get your tortillas and dip in in the chili sauce put meant and cheese on it roll it and repeat until the try is full
- when u complete the rolling put rest of meat and.cheese on top and surround the edges of pan with chili sauce.
- put in oven until cheese is melted
- take em out and let em cool down
- eat and enjoy
