Red Enchiladas

  1. pre heat oven to 350
  2. boil chili pods
  3. brown ground beef
  4. when chili pods are tender put in the blender with salt pepper and garlic powder and make sure u rate it until all seeds are gone
  5. while chili is in the blender put tortillas in microwave for 1 minute
  6. when chili is done pour into a container u will be able to dip a tortilla in
  7. now we start the rolling process
  8. get your tortillas and dip in in the chili sauce put meant and cheese on it roll it and repeat until the try is full
  9. when u complete the rolling put rest of meat and.cheese on top and surround the edges of pan with chili sauce.
  10. put in oven until cheese is melted
  11. take em out and let em cool down
  12. eat and enjoy
