Viennese Rice
- 12 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (10 ounce) can onion soup, condensed
- 12 soup can water
- Brown lightly uncooked rice and sliced mushrooms, which have been drained, in melted butter.
- Stir in onion soup and water.
- Cover; cook over low heat about 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
