Crispy Fish Tacos

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss fish, in batches, with coating mix as directed on package.
  3. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  4. Bake 10 min.
  5. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  6. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, onions, garlic and dressing.
  7. Top tortillas with fish, tomato mixture and cilantro.
