Crispy Fish Tacos
- 1 lb. (450 g) tilapia fillets, cut into 2-1/2x3/4-inch sticks
- 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup slivered red onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
- 8 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Toss fish, in batches, with coating mix as directed on package.
- Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, onions, garlic and dressing.
- Top tortillas with fish, tomato mixture and cilantro.
