Moist Corn Bread Recipe

  1. Beat lowfat sour cream, oil, and Large eggs.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Fold into lowfat sour cream mix.
  4. Mix in cream-style corn.
  5. Don't overbeat.
  6. Pour into 8x8 pan or possibly 9x9 pan.
  7. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven.
  8. Cold; cut into squares.
