Vegetable Frittata

  1. Place the vegetables evenly into the base of a heated, non-stick 22cm frypan and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, cream, flour and seasonings, pour over the vegetables and top with Singles*.
  3. Cover the pan with a lid, and cook over a medium-low heat for 10 minutes, or until the frittata is cooked through.
  4. Serve immediately with a crisp green salad.
