Corn Potage Soup
- 150 grams Corn kernels
- 150 ml Water
- 150 ml Milk
- 1/2 Soup stock cubes
- 1 Butter (to taste)
- 1 Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 Onion (1/2 medium)
- Thinly slice the onions, and cook in butter until wilted.
- Add the water and soup stock and boil.
- Add the corn, and boil for about 10 minutes.
- Stop the heat and add the milk.
- Use a blender or food processor to mix.
- If you like a smooth soup filter it, if you like chunky, keep as is.
- Heat, and adjust the flavor while tasting with salt and pepper and it's complete.
- Be careful not to let it boil!
