Peach Soup

  1. Simmer water and sugar, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in tea bag and zest.
  3. Steep 5 minutes, then discard tea bag.
  4. Chill syrup until cold.
  5. Stir peaches into chilled syrup and serve with scoops of sorbet.
