Thai Beef Salad

  1. Brush steak with 1 cup dressing.
  2. Cover, refrigerate and let marinate while preparing remaining ingredients.
  3. Place cabbage and onion on serving plates.
  4. Broil steak 7-8 minutes or until desired doneness.
  5. Slice steak, across the grain, into thin strips.
  6. Heat remaining dressing, soy sauce, brown sugar and pepper flakes.
  7. Add steak strips; arrange mixture over salad.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
  9. Serve warm.
