Diet Chocolate Banana Smoothie

• 1 cup skim milk or 1 cup soymilk
• 4 teaspoons sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
• 12 ripe banana, frozen
• 2 (1 g) packets sugar substitute (saccharin, aspartame or sucralose)
• 6 -8 ice cubes
• 1 tablespoon malt drink powder (optional)

1. Combine ingredients in blender.
2. Process until smooth.
