Fajitas - Chicken Fajitas

  1. Fry the onion and pepper in the heated oil.
  2. Add the spices and broth.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add the chicken and return to a boil.
  5. Cover and reduce heat.
  6. Simmer until the chicken is done.
  7. Serve in heated flour tortillas with chopped tomato.
