Easy Lemon Cake

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 2 (8- or 9-inch) round cake layers.
  2. Cool in pans 10 min.
  3. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  4. Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min.
  5. Immediately spread over tops of cakes.
  6. Stack cake layers.
  7. Frost with COOL WHIP.
