Grilled Herb & Garlic Triple-Potato Salad
- 1 lb. (450 g) Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 lb. (450 g) red potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 lb. (450 g) sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3/4 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Spoon each variety of potato onto separate large sheet of heavy-duty foil.
- Drizzle with oil; toss to evenly coat potatoes.
- Fold foil to make 3 packets.
- Grill Yukon gold and red potato packets 10 min.
- Add sweet potato packet; grill 20 min.
- or until potatoes are tender, turning after 10 min.
- Mix cream cheese product and milk until blended.
- Empty potato packets into large bowl.
- Add onions and cream cheese mixture; mix lightly.
