Elisha's Shredded Chicken Sandwiches
- 7 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 box Chicken Stuffing
- 1 large Can of Cream Of Celery
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Chopped stalk of celery
- 2 dozen Hamburger Buns
- Boil Chicken in a Large Pot for 3 hours
- In a large crockpot add remaining ingredients
- Once chicken is done rinse in cold water until cooled.
- Then hand peel or cut with culinary scissors into shreds
- Then place in crockpot and stir.
- Place on medium heat and allow to cook for 45 minutes
- Serve on hamburger buns, or as a dipping side.
- Enjoy
- Takes approx.
- 4 hours to finish.
