Elisha's Shredded Chicken Sandwiches

  1. Boil Chicken in a Large Pot for 3 hours
  2. In a large crockpot add remaining ingredients
  3. Once chicken is done rinse in cold water until cooled.
  4. Then hand peel or cut with culinary scissors into shreds
  5. Then place in crockpot and stir.
  6. Place on medium heat and allow to cook for 45 minutes
  7. Serve on hamburger buns, or as a dipping side.
  8. Enjoy
  9. Takes approx.
  10. 4 hours to finish.
