Pea Soup

  1. Place peas and liquid in kettle.
  2. Add 3 cups cold water.
  3. Simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Rub through sieve.
  5. Re-heat.
  6. Add flour and butter.
  7. Scald milk with onion in it.
  8. Add to above.
  9. Season and serve.
