Easy failproof banana bread

  1. Preheat oven to 160C
  2. In a bowl sift all dry ingredients except sugar and set aside
  3. In another bowl mash bananas until watery and add sugar and mix.
  4. Add eggs and mix again.
  5. Gradually add melted butter and essences.
  6. Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients.
  7. Pour in wet ingredients
  8. Gently fold in the mixture with a spatula until incorporated or batter is thick and chunky
  9. Put mixture into a greased and floured pan.
  10. Bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean
  11. Remove from pan.
  12. Cool and enjoy!
