Carla's Bacon and Chicken Quesadillas

  1. Combine chicken, spices, peppers and chilies in a ziploc bag.
  2. Marinade for 2-4 hours.
  3. Heat chicken mixture in skillet until most of the liquid is gone.
  4. Fill tortillas evenly with chicken mixture, bacon and cheeses.
  5. Fold in half and press gently flatten with hands.
  6. Fry on medium heat in butter on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
