Low Fat Chocolate Brownies

  1. Sift the flour and cocoa in a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled 20 cm square baking tin and bake at 180 C for approximately 25 minutes until springy to touch.
  4. Cool and cut into squares.
