Pecan-Orange French Toast

  1. In a shallow bowl beat together eggs, orange juice concentrate, milk, pecans, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  2. Dip bread into egg mixture, coating both sides.
  3. (soak for 30 seconds on each side).
  4. In a skillet melt 1 tablespoon butter and cook the bread on both sides over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.
  5. Serve with butter, syrup, powdered sugar and sausage.
