Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Casserole
- 6 slices bread
- 1 lb ham (diced)
- 12 lb cheese (shredded)
- 3 eggs
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup milk
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup oleo
- Beat eggs, salt, mustard, and milk together.
- In a greased 9 x 13 pan, breakup the bread into pieces.
- Cover with the diced ham and shredded cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over ingredients.
- Melt butter and pour over all other ingredients.
- Cover and let mixture set over night in the refrigerator.
- Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
