Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

  1. Beat eggs, salt, mustard, and milk together.
  2. In a greased 9 x 13 pan, breakup the bread into pieces.
  3. Cover with the diced ham and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour egg mixture over ingredients.
  5. Melt butter and pour over all other ingredients.
  6. Cover and let mixture set over night in the refrigerator.
  7. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
