Tomatoe Avocado & Cheese salad
- 6 each italian plum (roma) tomatoes
- 4 each avocados
- 1 each cheddar cheese, very old, sharp
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- chop tomatoes in cubes, peel & chope avacado into cubes, chop cheese into cubes.
- In a seperate bowl mix olive oil, orange juice, salt & black pepper.
- Mix dressing into salad let stand in the fridge for about 2 hours, serve chilled.
